Developed and designed by a select group of talented, experienced leaders in the land planning and development industry, this site is aimed to foster socialization and increase community awareness. Renaissance Park is approximately 216 acres, where 49 acres will be open space, 29 acres will be kept in preservation, and 338,000 sq. ft. will be used for commercial/retail.
